Sir,
I have applied csab 2023 and paid 44000.as IAF-1 fee. They allotted the seat from 9th option from special round 2, I am not interested to join for the allotted institute.
I am completely unaware of the rules by csab that there is no refund for those allotted seat in special round 2.
How this rules will be ethical, whatever the seat they provide how can we join and study, i have paid huge amount and kindly refund or else take action in this regard

    Good afternoon, I'm Ishaan Khan my jee application number is[protected]. I participated in csab special rounds and side by side I was also participating in maharashtra state cet cap rounds. In csab special round 1 I did not get any allotment whereas I got a seat in Mumbai through state cet cell.

    Thus I tried to withdraw from csab counselling but it was not letting me to do. I tried through my phone and later tried from my laptop. This continued even till the last day to cancel which was 11th August. Next day on 12th I got a seat in IIIT Bhubaneswar which I didn't want since I already got a seat in a good college in Mumbai.

    Now I want my refund back since I tried as much as I could from my end to withdraw but to no avail. Kindly do the needful.

      I regret to inform you that i encountered an unforseen issue when i was paying the IAF 2. Due to some issues in my bank, I was not able to make payment at the time. I tried very much but failed to do so. I humbly request to reopen the portal of payment.

        Respected Sir/Ma'am,

        I hope you are doing good. This is to bring to your kind notice that my brother got the seat in CSAB Round 1 and he freeze it as I paid fees and also deducted from bank but at the end of the day I got my money again from bank. I didn't aware that my payment is yet pending as the result he lost his seat. Kindly can you open the payment window so that I can pay partial admission fees or tell me another portal/way where I can pay the fees. Kindly consider my request.

          as i am aware about uploading caste certificate i haven't uploaded it yet.my application number is[protected] i have got 42594 rank in EWS category
          someone who got more rank than me have got seats in the same collages I've kept in choice filling.even though you've mentioned EWS everywhere in the rankcards and halltickets you haven't considered it in choice filling please kindly recheck it and i even uploaded that EWS certificate for advanced.i guarantee you that ill submit every document while joining

                          Respected Sir/ Madam,

                          I'm Savithru Karthi Keyan and I have registered under CSAB 2022, as I got the same seat in CSAB as in josaa 6th round, I paid 35000 rupees in josaa and 40000 for institution admission fee and I chose WITHDRAW option in CSAB 2022 round 1. As per the rules I am eligible for a refund. But the refund is not made to me since November 2022. The website says refund will be made to all eligible candidates by 31st December 2022. But to date 05.02.2023, I have not received the refund Till Date .

                          I am also trying to contact them at Csab Helpline Number but it was never answered. Please consider my request for refund as soon as possible.

                            I am Devansh Maheshwari I participated in CSAB Counselling 2022 and I got Electronics in IIIT Bhopal in round I but I surrendered it and I didn't get any college in Round II. But I have not received the refund fee of 35000 Rs yet.

                              I have registered under CSAB 2022, as i'm not interested in the alloted college through CSAB, I SURRENDERED my seat. As per the Business Rules I am eligible for a refund. But the refund is not made to me since November 2022. The website says refund will be made to all eligible candidates by 31st December 2022. But to date 03.05.2023, I have not received the refund Till Date .

                              I am also trying to contact them at CSAB Helpline Number but it was never answered in spite of calling several times throughout the day since 1st January 2023. Please consider my request for refund as soon as possible.

                              I hope my request gets a fruitful resolution.

                                    As it was told that it will be given after 31st December but I didn't get it till 28th of april

                                      This is to inform you that I Bhoomika Katta, registered for csab 2022. But I didn't get any seat in both the rounds. I paid 18000 in the process of registration. It was told that the date of refund of csab 2022 was 31 December 2022. But I didn't receive any refund till today i.e 22 April 2023.

                                      Hence I request you to please look into this matter and make the refund as soon as possible.
