Central Seat Allocation Board [CSAB] Complaints & Reviews

I participated in CSAB Special 2022 Counseling for getting admission in NITs or IIITs, in which I had to the registration for participating in CSAB 2022 Counseling in that registration there is total 38, 000 rupees requires (in which registration fee is 3, 000 which is non refundable and other 35, 000 is for participating which are refundable). And there is also terms and conditions in which fee refund policy is there if there we don't allot any college in 1st round so, we can do the exit from counseling and get our 35, 000 refundable money back. So, I did the same I got exited in the 1st round of CSAB because, I didn't get any seat alloted. CSAB give date to refund or update on their website and this year also they updated that "Bank reconciliation is under process. Refunds, if applicable, shall be made after reconciliation, which is expected by 31-Dec-2022 to all candidates. We appreciate your patience."

But, today is 1-JAN-2023 & till now they haven't returned the refundable 35, 000 money of my.
I want my money back CSAB Conseling is fraud

It's been about 6 months, the counselling process has ended, and I still didn't receive the money refund, that I am eligible for, since I had quit the josaa counselling process. It's seriously unnerving that the body took money from us so early with a deadline provided and now when we're in need of the refund, they won't even reply to our mails. I've inquired about my refund quite a lot and I've got no answers at all. This is such a shame to a body like that which should have been more responsible.
We really do need our money back, and 35k isn't a small amount.
Please look into this and refund our money to the earliest.

I earlier this year filled csab special round counselling and paid Rs. 38, 000 to enter the counselling. I exited from counselling after the first round was finished and before the second round started with no seat allotted to me in the first round. According to refund guidelines, I shall be getting Rs. 35, 000 back. And I have not yet got my refund money i.e. Rs. 35, 000 back.

Respected Sir,
I have registered for JOSSA as well as CSAB counselling in 2022. My application number is[protected]. I was alloted a seat in both the counselling and I have paid their fees 15, 000 and 9, 000 respectively but I didn't accept seats in any of them and I requested for refund but my fees isn't refunded yet. Kindly I would like to get my feees refunded as soon as possibble.

I was not allotted any course. I sent request to refund the deposited amount. Still now the amount was refunded. I kindly request you to refund the amount rupees 17, 000/- (Rupees seventeen thousand only).

I have applied for jossa counseling and submitted a fee of Rs 35000.
Again I have applied for csab counseling and submitted a fee of Rs 9000.
I have not taken admission in any college. But no money is refunded till date.

I am Rajnandani. I have a seat alloted from csab round two but I have not any idea about Second payment . I am already pay the first payment in jossa third round which is 35000 and it was transferred in csab . When I want to pay remaining amount of iiit kottayam then I check the portal the payment option like 1) if you pay 35000(seat acceptance fee)the you 138000
2)if you pay 35000+partial payment ( second payment)then you pay around 100000
I do not pay the partial payment on csab portal so I pay 138000 on iiit kottayam portal
I came for physical reporting they say me you are not eligible for PI reporting and iiit kottayam email to csab for this problem but csab had not any reaction for this.
Please help me and tell me what I do

I am Rajnandani. I have a seat alloted from csab round two I am already pay seat acceptance fee in jossa third round (35000) which is transferred to csab . When I want to pay the remaining amount of the institute on the iiit kottayam portal the option like 1) if you pay 35000 in jossa then you pay 138000
2) you pay 35000+ partial fee ( second fee) then you pay around 100000
I do not pay partial fee on csab portal so I pay 1380000 on iiit kottayam portal then I came for physical reporting in iiit kottayam they say me you are not eligible for PI reporting and Dean of iiit kottayam email to csab for this problem but csab had not any reaction for this. Please help me and tell me what I do .

I am having CRL ST Rank 415105 and allocated choice no 48 in CSAB special round in Haridwar college. But already 1 seat is vacant in NIT TIRCHI in ST OS Gender-Neutral quota as per available data on site. Why choice no 5 is not allocated to me?

Referring to the subject, I'm in GEN EWS category with ranking of 46707. I have applied in 73 discipline out of which the cut off for many discipline is beyond my rank. Few are described here to understand the issue :

7 Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur Mechanical Engineering (4 Years, Bachelor of Technology)

The cut off closing for the mentioned institute with discipline is 68233, where as my rank is 46707. I failed to understand the reason for not getting an allotment for the same.

42 Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur Civil Engineering (4 Years, Bachelor of Technology)
The cut off closing for the mentioned institute with discipline is 76122, where as my rank is 46707 for home state.

The same issue of cut off is applied to many of my choices, where the cut off is beyond my rank and my choices have not been allotted to the undersigned.

Kindly resolve the issue and accord asap.

I participated in CSAB 2022 seat allotment. My EWS rank is 23390 and i was eligible for electrical engineering and electronics and communication in SVNIT and still no seat is alloted to me.
physics has been alloted to me though it was my last choice.
I was also eligible for IIIT Surat(C.S.E and E.C.) and IIIT Vadodara(C.S.E and, I.T.) though no seat was alloted to me.
