I am akriti kumari my CUCET ID: 20BCS5675 . I have deposited my admission fee (10000rs) on 8 September 2020 and applied for refund on 28 September 2020 to the authorized person. He always give me contact of some other person and remail also but they are not doing anything to make refund my money. I want to back my money

I had locked my seat in b.tech CSE course in chandigarh university by paying 10, 000 rupees.I also requested & filled the form as said by university [protected]@cumail.in on 26 september.But it not refunded till now.Please refund as soon as possible .           I am Sajan Bihal s/o Mr. Sanjeev Kumar. I have locked my seat in Chandigarh University in course of BSc.(CSM) . I request you to please refund my fees . My admission no. is 12011353 / 20BNM2024 and I have taken admission on 15 July 2020 . Due to some family issues, financial issues and i have got seat in government college so i will not be able to continue your university. I have paid 12, 500 as my fees and i want to cancel it now .As, i have read in the prospectus of Chandigarh University that it is refundable amount . So, i would request you please refund as soon as possible because we are in need of money.
          I think Chandigarh University will cooperate with me and our family members and will solve our problem.

          Its urgent sir, as it is over then 45 days please respond. As you have taken our bank account details but after that no initiative has taken place. I have called number of times to Chandigarh university but they always say that it is in progress. Please...
          Hope you understand the problem of our family as my father needs urgent money for knee operation.

                        I had recently registered by paying 5000 in university. And i don't want to take admission in university and i want refund. Since i had applied for refund 4days ago but there is no proper response and exact date of refund provided.                               We all know that the world is facing problems due to the pandemic but still chandigarh university is forcing us to pay academics as well as hostel fees till 20 june otherwise name will be stucked off from the university. There are many students who are facing problems due to corona virus and there financial condition is not good. They can't pay such huge amount i. E 1 lakh above both academics and hostel combined. I don't know why they don't understand. So please take some strict actions toward this matter.

                                  I have deposited my admission fee on 10april, 2020. And applied for refund on 15 April, 2020 to the authorised person. He always give me contact of some other person. But they are not doing anything to make refund. Now whenever I call the person he said due to lockdown everything is online so it take time. While admission it was also online but while refunding they have problem in their networks. I would recommend every student to read every small detail about Chandigarh university before paying them a penny.
                                  The university which don't have good criteria for admission how could u expect something good after admission.
                                  I want my money back ASAP

                                    I have paid 10000 admission fee for Chandigarh university but they are asking to pay the full fee of rupees 43000 within 90 days. They didn't mention anything at call. They are asking me to pay 1000 rupees extra for availing the scholarship. I want to cancel the admission. As I'm in Pune it's not possible for me to go to Chandigarh and do the whole procedure. So can you please help me.

                                      I had paid rs. 10000 as the installment fees during admission but then i chose other college. I had read on their website that the money could be refunded. Till now i haven't received any response from there even after complaining. I dropped my complaint in the starting of august. I would like that my money should be refunded as it is the hard earned money of a person.

                                        Sir/mam it had been more than 3 months till i submitted the refund form and still the refund hasn't been done. How much more time do you all need.. All the required details for refund were sent to the university through whatsapp but still no refund has been done. Well the refund has been initiated on 9 july 2019 and still on process. As much i known the transaction doesn't take such a long procedure. And i have to write this complaint again as in the previous complaint they sent me an email asking some information and then after nothing happened yet and it's been more than 2-3 weeks.
