Amount deducted but ticket not booked on 19 nov 2019 for movie frozen 2 for 23rd nov for afternoon show 1:35 pm, amount debited from my account is rs.790 from cinepolis website. We would like to inform you that we have checked our system and have found that the amount was not received by us and hence we cannot refund. If you wish, you can rebook your tickets. Furthermore, we request you to get in touch with your bank for assistance related to refund.
