[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — amount debited but ticket not booked or smsed

Amount deducted but ticket not booked on 19 nov 2019 for movie frozen 2 for 23rd nov for afternoon show 1:35 pm, amount debited from my account is rs.790 from cinepolis website.
Payment was done using freecharge and payment is shown as success.

Please check and resolve my issue.

Thanks for writing in. We would like to inform you that we have checked our system and have found that the amount was not received by us and hence we cannot refund. If you wish, you can rebook your tickets. Furthermore, we request you to get in touch with your bank for assistance related to refund.

We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that we have checked our system and found that the amount was not received by us and hence we are unable to refund. Furthermore, we request you to get in touch with your bank for further assistance. Moreover, we request you to get back to us with the updated bank statement if the amount is not credited within 7 working days from the date of the transaction.

I checked with the freecharge team -

"We checked the transaction status with our internal team, please be informed that the status is unsuccessful at merchant’s end and same needs to be refunded. The refund is yet to be processed from the merchant’s end.
Please get in touch with the merchant and request them to initiate a refund by loading the fund to the account. Once the refund gets initiated, it will reflect in your FreeCharge wallet immediately and to your bank/card within 5-7 business days."

Its 7th day and there is no refund !!
