Dear Cinepolis Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the extremely poor management and lack of customer service at Cinepolis, Seasons Mall, Pune.
I travelled all the way from Akola to Pune specifically to watch the 8:00 AM 4DX show of Spider-Man. Unfortunately, when I reached the theatre, the experience was unacceptable.
The problems I faced were:
The BookMyShow app showed "Server Not Reachable", making it impossible to confirm or book tickets.
When I reached the theatre before the scheduled 8:00 AM show, no staff members were present at the ticket counter.
Even though the show time had arrived, there was no assistance, no information, and no responsible person available to help customers.
I have GPS timestamped photographs as evidence showing the theatre premises and the unattended ticket counter at the scheduled show time.
I travelled hundreds of kilometres and spent my valuable time and money only to face such irresponsible management. This level of service is completely unacceptable from a reputed cinema chain like Cinepolis.
I request that you investigate the conduct of the theatre manager and the staff responsible for opening and operating the morning show. I also request a written explanation and appropriate action against those responsible for this inconvenience.
I expect a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter.
