[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Failed transaction | |||||
I paid for cinepolis movie ticket on 13 apr 16 through cinepolis website.Their payment gateway is ccavenue. Payment was by paytm wallet and got confirmation. but ticket was not booked and error message was shown. But money got deducted when i checked my transaction i come to know these details CCAvenue order #[protected] through paytm wallet transfer id [protected] I contacted ccavenue and paytm both says transaction money was sent to merchant... money deducted 850.9 i request a refund ... my cinepolis account is vinay...email [protected]@gmail.com Mobile [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
