On 30 July 2026, I visited a cinepolis BSR mall Thoraipakkam for a spider man movie at 3:55 pm show on audi 7.
I experienced that the staff of cinepolis on the food court are not properly addressing a customer who stands in line. More than 5 staff are chit chatting in the billing place and not addressing the customer. Incident happened on the same day at 05:21pm.

One who billed my order didn't give me a bill and asked me whether you wanted it or not. As per rules of your company, whether the staff should ask this question or mandatorily will give a bill. Behaved in an inappropriate manner. Intentionally insulted me with hatred behavior. A person one who handles the customer should have a courteous behavior required and they behaved like i disturbed their chit chatting at the place. At the sales time, the staff should focus on sales or chit chatting? Giving the order to the customer in an inappropriate manner. This incident shows that the management of cinepolis are not monitoring the staff and allowing them to do this nonsense and stupidity behavior.
Parking Facility:
On 29th July 2026, at 11:49 pm for Jana Nayagan Movie
I would like to know the maximum price charged for 2Wheeler parking for the cinema at midnight.
Out Token not issued at the BSR mall parking and charged me Rs 120/- at 03:09am. The person without uniform and the age seems like below 18years.
I request the management to enquiry about this issue.
Kindly check the CCTV camera at the mentioned time and request necessary action to be taken against them.
These are the incidents happening to me a second time. Whether I have been targeted for my first complaint. This type of behavior and revengeful attitude should not be encouraged, and it is harmful to our society. Was this information helpful? |
