Updated by Vinay Vijaykumar I have had a word my bank and have been informed that the amount has been received by the beneficiary (Cinepolis India), but there has been no fund reversal despite my tickets not getting booked. I have sent a mail to [protected]@cinepolis.com but I have not got response yet.
