I'm writing after waiting for 5 days for my refund.
I booked 2 tickets for F1 THE MOVIE (ENGLISH) but as soon as I reached the theatre I was told by the theatre staff that the screening has been cancelled to due a content error and my refund would be auto-processed. Ive been checking but still there's no refund credited. This is highly unprofessional and rude.
We had to travel for more than 40Km's and were told that the show is cancelled. We didn't get any prior information for the same. This is very disappointing considering we booked the tickets from your app.
I would request you to kindly process the refund as soon as possible and please reimburse us for the coupons we buyer and used for the booking.
