[Resolved] Cinepolis India — refund of failed transaction utr[protected] | |
I transferred rs 1180 via phonepay at 2:33 pm on 16 feb 2019 for which no ticket was generated. Kindly refund my money. Utr : upi/dr/[protected]/ccavenues/icic/[protected]@/paym Phone pay transaction id - p1902161433072443081474 Ccavenue has confirmed that my transaction was successful and that cinepolis has indeed received the money. Also i talked to phonepay which stated that the utr number cannot be generated without the money having been successfully transferred and that the merchant's bank had confirmed having received the payment but cinepolis keeps denying having received the money and they are not replying to my emails.
