Dear Cinepolis Customer Support,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered while booking tickets through the Cinepolis app. I recently booked 3 tickets, and the payment was successfully processed. However, I have not received any confirmation for the tickets. Additionally, 140 redeem points have been deducted from my account.

Here are the details of the transaction for your reference:

Date of Booking: 16 Sept 2024
Amount Paid: 626
Number of Tickets Booked: 3
Redeem Points Deducted: 140
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue. Please let me know the status of my ticket booking and the deduction of redeem points. If the booking was unsuccessful, I would appreciate a refund of the payment and the restoration of my redeem points.
