Cinepolis India — Ticket Details Not Received - Guest Booking

I made ticket booking through the Cinepolis mobile application for the 6:00 PM show of "Until Dawn - 2D 4DX" at Cinepolis Nexus Seawoods on May 3rd, 2025.

As mentioned in my previous email, I booked this ticket as a guest user and the booking appeared successful. I have not yet received any confirmation email or SMS with the ticket details.

The specific seat booked was B6. During the booking process, I provided my email address: [protected]@gmail.com and my phone number: [protected].
