[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — 2 Failed Transactions | |
Date of the incident - First transaction : 20th July 2021 Second Transaction : 21st July, 2021 Two failed transactions (orders) for Zara India (https://www.zara.com/in/) through Citrus Solutions PVT LTD ([protected]@axisbank). I had purchased twice on Zara website and paid through Google Pay app to Citrus solutions and my payment was confirmed and the money was deducted from my HDFC bank account but both my orders were cancelled and it showed failed payment on Zara website. I have been trying to get in touch with somebody from Citrus and Zara but nobody is responding through customer care. First transaction : 20th July 2021 - Amount: INR 5750 Second Transaction : 21st July, 2021 - Amount: INR 12820 I would like to get my refund immediately for both the orders. Your transaction with Citrus ID UPI[protected] processed for Rs. 12820 was a failed transaction. The amount has been refunded to your source account on[protected] and shall reflect into your account within 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund.
