Dear Sir/Madam,
I have made airtel online post paid bill payment on 21-09-16
Amount got deducted from PNB bank .payment successfully . Money deducted from my PNB BANK . But from airtel side they said money not reached them.
I have not received my money back for this transaction which was failed.

Details are mentioned below:

Booked a flight on GOIBIBO on SEPTEMBER 6th 2016 which has failed interms of booking but payment was made from my debit card.
GOIBIBO states that they didn't receive payment at their end.
I got a message from CITRUS stating that the amount will be refunded to my A/C within 10 days on SEPTEMBER 9th 2016, which is still pending
