[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — amount deducted from my account and credited to party account but recharge is not done.

Dear Team,

i had recharged my sundirect dth pack for Rs.495 on 5th June 2019 and the recharge amount is not reflecting in my dth account.
Sundirect DTH smart card no: [protected]
Sundirect Transaction reference: 3442750

Amount is deducted from my bank account and credited to [protected]@axisbank party account but recharge is not done.
Payment done through Google pay. Upi transaction Id[protected].

• UPI / VPA if any used

I have recharged 265Rs for my sun direct account [protected] on[protected] at 7:08pm through your citrus solution using google pay API..but the amount still not credited to my account.please do resolve my problem.
