I was submitting B.Ed Exam Fee through Debit card, with merchant txn ID no.[protected]RF00479503. while paying money an error occurred and fee not submitted but amount of Rs.1002.88 was deducted from my account. When I confirm this from my bank(Canara Bank) they said that transaction is clear from there end and there is an error from citrus pay side. Please confirm the status of the process.
