[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — fraud transaction on 29th june ,2019

Some unauthorized persons are used my sbi debit card fraud transaction on 29th june, 2019.
Following the transaction details :
1) rs 9991.00 on 29 jun 2019 at 70015208 txn#[protected].
2) rs 39895.00 on 29 jun 2019 at 70015208 txn#[protected].

The following two transaction is not done by me. Could be please stop the payments towards these two transactions.

• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

I recharged my sundirect dth RS 1669 via Google Pay UPI. Amount deducted from my account it not reflect in my sundirect. My Smart card No- [protected]
Kindly resolve this issue or refund in my account

I have settled an amount of rupees 100 through upi payment.the amount will be debited in my account and settled with citrus solutions pvt limited.but amount not added my sun direct account.Please make a complaint and refund the amount of rupees 100 to my account.
