[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — gas payment not received | |||
This is to inform you that i have booked a cylinder for hp gas on 4th july vide order no-645051 and make payment online the amount of rs 668.33 through citrus payment solution on 4th july 2019. But the dealer has denied for such online payment and i have to pay again the amount of rs 668.33 by cash at the time of delivery. As a result i have paid twice for the same. I shall be highly obliged if you kindly acknowledge this and provide me refund for such unsuccessful payment as soon. I have attached my supporting documents with this complaint. This is to inform you that i have booked a cylinder for HP gas on 1st August vide Booking No-505758 and made the payment online with the sum of amount Rs 573.64 through citrus payment solution by using my ICICI Pay later account UPI, The payment was not successful but the amount has been detected from my Pay later account. Therefore i checked with ICICI customer care and got confirmation that the detected amount was paid successful to your Citrus 3rd party and therefore they requested me to contact you for initiating the Refund process.
Please find the below information for your reference,
• Citrus, Merchant and Bank reference number[protected]
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction - Attached the debit message screen shot received from ICICI bank.
• Transaction date along with the amount - 1st August Rs 573.64
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction - [protected]@gmail.com
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card - Its ICICI Pay Later account linked with my ICICI account
• UPI / VPA if any used - pl.[protected]@icici
I shall be highly obliged if you kindly acknowledge this and provide me refund for such unsuccessful payment as soon. I have attached my supporting documents with this complaint. Please contact me if you need any further information and resolve my concern.
