[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — I couldn't get my refund from myntra online shopping | |||||
Hello Sir/Mam; I have purchased some products from Myntra online shopping order number[protected] through net banking of my sbi account.I returned 3 products out of 4 products in which 2 products refunds of Rs 461.57 on dated 19/07/16 and 377.57 on 27/07/16 has been credited in my account but one product refund of Rs 377.57 is not credit in my account till date.So it is my humble request to you please check the transactions to sort out my problem.The screen shot of transaction query system of your payment gateway for my refund given by Myntra online shopping is been attached here; for the order number[protected] of Libas Women Green Printed Kurta . I booked Flight ticket today morning, Amount has deducted, but Transaction has failed like this has displayed.(Ref HFAMPN_[protected]) and ticket is not come yet.Transaction info: INB/[protected]/CITRUS PAYMENT SOLUTIONS P. Kindly inform the status and refund back. This the story, do the needful and donot say too short.

I have 4 charges made last night on my account for something I didn't order. They tried to charge me $36.86 for something I didn't order and I don't even live in India. I have always lived in the US and never left the US never even traveled outside the states. I don't order from anywhere unless it is Amazon, or Walmart cause I can always know where my money is going and I always get a tracking number for what I order so I trust Amazon.com and Walmart.com for ordering online only.
