[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — I'm complaining about refund my payment

Address:Aditya apartment kasture complex shahapur Thane, Bhandara, Maharashtra, 421601

I made my hp lpg gas bill payment by citrus payment service (Hp consumer no.614513 shree ganesh gas agency, shahapur, district - thane)
The transaction got completed rs 730.71
Deducted from my bank acc. But the payment not
Reached to the hp lpg authority
Please help refund my amount my account

Transaction no.[protected] at 99922 in. Bank.

Yesterday i transfer 1000 to my kotak bank by your gateway because kotak bank send me a link for transfer the money.i tranfer that money by my pnb debit card.the money has been deducted but not came to my kotak bank and transaction id is INV9bD23e6B97A9 status shown is sucess
so you are requested to resolve my problem
