Hello citric team. Today i was transferring 3000 rs from my state bank of india account to kotak mahindra bank account. But the transaction failed because the page got timed out and i lost 3000 rs. I have sent amount from ICICI Acc to kotak Mahindra Acc but amount debit from my ICICI Acc but that amount is not added in my kotak Acc what i do how can i receive the amount
