[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — money debited from debit card but not credited to kotak 811 account

Dear sir on 3 march 2018 i had added rs10000 to my kotak 811 account through my bank of india debit card. The amount was debited from my bank of india account but was not credited to my kotak 811 account. The error i had recieved after completing the payment was "we encountered an internal error".
I had also not recieved any transaction id of this transaction.
I am attaching my bank statement below.
