[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — money deducted from bank and phone pe transaction shows successful but the transaction failed at the citrus gateway, no refund yet | |
I recently was shopping online on zara.in I was authorizing the payment through phone pe and the gateway used was citrus pay. The money 2990/- was deducted from my account as well the phone pe transaction was shown as successful and paid to: [protected]@axisbank, while the merchant and citrus gateway said transaction failed please pay again. As checked, this is a failed transaction and amount for same has been refunded on 11/08/2020 via RRN[protected]. I did reached out to my bank to check regarding the same, they informed me that they checked with NBC and its a successful transaction. Upon informing about your previous reply to them they asked to check with the gateway how the refund was inititaed using which mode?
It will be really helpful if you could inform me on the same
