[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — money deducted from bank but payment not made to nios for on demand examination

Sir,

I have made payment to NIOS for on demand examination of Rs. 1565.50 from ICICI Bank. But the payment is not updated on NIOS website and the status is still shown at "Payment Not Made".
I have done this twice today only and both the times payment is deducted from my bank account but not updated on NIOS Website.
The details are given below:

I had a failed transaction of Rs. 2132/- on 24th January 2018 on irctc website it had been 7 days till now I didn’t receive my amount please do consider the issue and solve as soon possible (purchase worth Rs2132.64 on POS 14CF[protected] at Citrusp*irctc.co txn# 542328)

I was making payment to NIOS by Yes bank netbanking system on 18.01.2018 for a amount of Rs.2170.40, the Transaction ID is [protected]. The amount is deducted from my Yes bank account but the benificiary has not yet received. so please refund the amount or confirm the transaction within 2 days, as it is the last date for registration in NIOS.
