[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — money is debited while the payment is unsuccessful

Yesterday i have done a upi transaction of rs.1343 for hathway broadband through citruspay gateway. The problem is the money has been debited from my account but the payment was not successful with hathway and i dint get payment receipt too. So kindly update me the status and do the needful in refunding my money.
