Hello sir, i've paid 2259 rs for hathway broadband hyderabad, payment via citrus pay at 22nd may 2017, but payment successful done, money debited from my credit card, but payment files at redirect to hathaway When i call to customer care of hathway, hyderabad, they said with in 15 days money will refund to credit card, till now i didn't get any refund amount, when i call to kotak bank they said amount is climed by citrus hathway marchent, and please raise a duspuit, Please try to solve this issue and send my money back My hathway id is 1570153 Was this information helpful? | |||||

I made a payment of 445 rupees through IOB from Airtel pay using citrus gateway. The payment was not made to airtel but amount was deducted from account. Please take necessary action.
