Citrus Payment Solutions — Need refund immediately for failed order | |
Date of the incident - 20th July 2021 Failed transaction (order) for Zara India (https://www.zara.com/in/) through Citrus Solutions PVT LTD ([protected]@axisbank). I had purchased from Zara website and paid through Google Pay app to Citrus solutions and my payment was confirmed and the money was deducted from my HDFC bank account but both my order were cancelled and it showed failed payment on Zara website. I have been trying to get in touch with somebody from Citrus and Zara but nobody is responding through customer care.
