[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — need to know the payment made for

Hi,
Pl help, there are 2 payments made by citrus, need to know to whom the payment were made...
This is bit urgent pl support

2nd aug 2019 : ib/citrus/[protected]/[protected] amount rs 848/- and
1st oct 2019 : ib/citrus/[protected]/[protected] amount rs 414/-.

Pl let me know to whom the amount was paid too.

I need to know if it is paid for bsnl amount or not... Not able to get the clarity.
Just let me know to whom the amount was transferred that would serve my purpose.

Dear Sir,
I made a transaction on 02/10/2019 to DPS VASANT KUNJ NEW DELHIfor payment of school fees
.It did not reach the school account but the amount was debited from my Axis bank account no. [protected]. Please look into the matter, I have not got refund either.

I used a paytm payments bank atm and I transfer a money in kotak bank through add but money is reduce in my paytm bank but not added in kotak bank

& transaction ID - S71043079
Transaction date 11.10.2019 in 11:56AM

Total transaction money is 5000₹
