[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — NIOS examination fee payment

On 4th june @15:30 i made payment of rs 511.45 towards fee for nios senior secondary examination in october 2017. I had used sbi net banking option. Transaction reference number received by me from sbi for the payment is igabkmhgp6. Details submitted on nios portal for this payment were as under:
Student's name: alok bhatt
Enrollment no.:[protected]
Aadhaar no.[protected]
Subjects for which fees paid: mathematics (311), accountancy (320)
I need confirmation that amount of rs. 511.45 is received by nios. Also i need payment receipt so that i can take up the matter further with nios.

Updated by Raj Abhipsa I have sent details of my problem to the address '[protected]@citruspay.com' on 16th June 2017 but still there is no response from your team. Is it possible to trust 'Citrus Pay' or should we look for alternative payment portals ? Hope for positive reply from you.

Recently i bought movie tickets from inox Hyderabad and used my icici debit card. the connected me to citrus pay on the final stage of payment and deducted 835 INR and had a failure in the transaction. I received a message that within 24 hour i would get a refund.
