[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — not received payment - airtel mobile postpaid charges

Made payment for my AIRTEL mobile postpaid charges (Rs. 938.78) on 14th June 2019; my bank profile shows the transaction to be successful and money has been debited. Today, I received a phone call from AIRTEL office saying that payment has not been made. Could you please solve this issue?

Today i have paid rs.1436 towards watertax to coimbatore corporation under ref. ID.[protected] to the debit of my account [protected] with unionbank but temporary receipt not generated.
please let me know when i willl get receipt to show to the corporation
please treat the same as urgent
