My account no. With hathway is : [protected]. I have today just now made payment of rs.3178.92 through citrus to hathway from my hdfc bank account towards renewal subscription. A message is displayed stating 'transaction failed'. But my bank account has been debited with the said amount. I request you to clarify the correct position to enable me to claim the amount back from your co./hathway/consumer forum if the amount has not been received by you and paid to hathway. N.
