[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — payment debited from my account, but not credited to sun direct merchant

Hi,
I am done my sundirect recharge through my.sundirect.in site on 12th June 2019. When I clicked on recharge it was redirected to citrus payment gateway. In that I selected payment type as phonepay and the transaction was successful in phonepe app and amount was debited from my account. But citrus payment gateway page expired after some time and my sundirect recharge was not done. When I contacted phonePe guys they said that the amount was credited to merchant, but the sundirect guys said that they didn't received payment.

Trasaction details in Axis bank: UPI/P2M/[protected]/CITRUS SO/Axis Bank/transac

Transaction ID in phonepay: AXId717860b5b12444593b8b114e8ab1c97

Please help me to resolve this issue and get my money credited back into my account as soon as possible.

• Citrus, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

I recharged mysun direct [protected] account, payment was successful but tv doesnot got recharged, i made recharge through phone pe and the transaction id number is AXlaef37f6a713a4753802f0e61bd98bba8
