[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — payment has been successful but hathway is denying they have not received yet | |||
Complaint I made a phonepay upi payment to hathway broadband services on dec 19th. My money has been successfully transferred to [protected]@axisbank. But the payment receipt has not been generated instantly. Hathway people say they have not received the amount. I am continuously trying to contact you i am not getting any response and my money is gone and left with no internet connection. Kindly return my money to my account. I have already contacted hathway care, they could not help me. So, i want my money back. Pls resolve this immediately and refund my payment Was this information helpful? | |||
