[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — payment has been successful but hathway is denying they have not received yet

I made a phonepay upi payment to hathway broadband services on dec 19th. My money has been successfully transferred to [protected]@axisbank. But the payment receipt has not been generated instantly. Hathway people say they have not received the amount. I am continuously trying to contact you i am not getting any response and my money is gone and left with no internet connection. Kindly return my money to my account.

I have already contacted hathway care, they could not help me. So, i want my money back.
Pls resolve this immediately and refund my payment

We regret the inconvenience caused.

We wish to inform you that your transaction with Citrus ID OL[protected] processed on 19/12/2019 for Rs.. 3346/- was a failed transaction. The amount has been refunded to your source account on 20/12/2019 and shall reflect into your account within 3 to 5 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday).
