[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — payment made for purchase | |||
I have made a purchase of McAfee antivirus thru Citrus payment mode and paid thru HDFC bank on 02.06.2019 and as soon as I gave the pin the amount has been deducted from my account and I received the message and the screen didnt move further to Citrus for for completing the transaction. Since I require the softward for my laptop I once again made the payment of Rs.999/- from HDFC bank. I even talked to bank customer care and sent them mail regarding failed transaction. Now they have confirmed that the payment has been successful and credited to the merchant. Now I request you to check at your end and arrange to credit the payment to my bank account at the earliest. I am attaching herewith screen shot of the conversation I had with the bank for your ready reference and doing the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||
