Respected sir/madam, I made an online booking of jet airways at around 11.30 am on 30.8.17 for myself (Daljeet kumar dhir) & my wife mrs. Nirupma dhir from delhi to toronto 21.9.17 & return on 17.10.17. Payment of rs.134060/- was made online through internet banking & my account was instantly debited with the above amount towards the cost of tickets. A narration appeared at the end sorry, try again. The matter was taken up on phone with jet airways & they issued us pnr no. Cuupov but advised us to make another payment as earlier payment was stuck up in the payment due to technical reason. As the earlier payment has not been received back in my a/c as yet, how could i make another payment Kindly help us get back the stuck payment so that we could make another payment. Sir maine 25 august ko ek online payment kiya nios sansthan ko wo apne debit card se but mera payment hua to nhi but mere account se Rs 4553.10 paisa kat liya gaya but abhi tak mere amount mere account m refund nai huae hain...so sir kindly iss matter par dkhiye...thnking you
