[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — payment of order on tatacliq not processed

I was purchasing a product from tatacliq website on but during payment process through my axis bank account, transaction failed but product amount of inr1389.1 got debited from my axis account and credited into citrus payment solutions pvt. Ltd. (Your a/c 333776 is debited by rs. 1389.1 on 26apr19 info:inb/[protected]/citrus payment solutions p. Call [protected] for dispute) tatacliq is saying they have not received the amount now i want to know when my above said amount will get refunded. My email i'd ([protected]@yahoo.in)

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at [protected]@payu.in via email to assist you further -

• Citrus, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

I recharged an amount of 212 to my sun dth of smart card no:[protected] through your gateway the money were debited from me but it was not recharged. The transaction Upi ID :[protected]
the transaction was done from Google pay to [protected]@axisbank. Pleasee kindly look into it this issue.
