[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — payment towards gas house mahe

I have made an online payment through google pay routed through [protected]@axisbank as detailed below:
Date of payment: 27.07.2019
Time: 15.39
Beneficiary: gas house mahe
Upi ref:[protected]
Google pay ref: cicagkdaso2abq
Amount: 665.05 + 1.33 = 666.38
Reason for payment: hp gas refill bill
Gas house mahe informed that they have not received the payment, even though my bank account is promptly debited for rs.666.38 the same day.

• Citrus, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

UPI reference number and Google pay reference is already quoted. Now it is seen in protected mode. Date of transaction, amount all are there. What else you require? My Bank account is already debited. Where I have to move to solve my issue?
