[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — recharged amount through citrus pay not reached to sundirect service | |||
Hi, I have recharged a subscription pack of sundirect ₹200 on [22/june/2019] and ₹2399 on [23/june/2019] through sun direct app. (total 2599 rs). The money has been deducted fro my account by citrus solution pvt ltd as the gateway of sun direct for transaction. But the money is not reached to the sun direct till now. I am attaching a screen shot for your reference. Please do necessary action to get my deducted money refunded back to my account. I spoke to ICICI customer care and they confirmed the transaction is perfect. i confirmed with sun direct customer care as well and they confirmed the money has not reached them yet.
