[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — sun direct dth recharge failure regarding

Dear Sir/Madam,

I recharged my Sun direct wallet by Rs. 200 through your gateway vide Google pay upi, the transaction shows successful in Google pay app where as amount has not reflected in my sun direct wallet, I contacted sun direct customer care they they couldn't held in this regard, hence I am forced to contact you.

Kindly resolve issue ASAP.

I also attaching the screenshot which shows transaction successful.

I made a transaction of RS 589 to sun direct dth account no -
[protected] using sundirect app via UPI, but money is deducted from my account and not added in sundirect account. plPlease find the attached transaction details. Please do the needful to reflect it in sundirect account or credit back it to my bank account ASAP

Hi team,

I paid my airtel bill from my axis account. The amount is is successful in the bank side. I verified in customer care. But the amount is not paid to airtel yet. Please recredit the money back in my account..
