[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — two times payment for jipmer mbbs application not credited to jipmer on 23.03.2018 | |||||
I was trying to pay for the jipmer mbbs application fee from jipmer website, through net banking of my icici bank on 23.03.2018. Two times i have tried, it failed to credit to jipmer and money (Rs.1500 - 2 times) also not reversed to my account till now (24.03.2018 - 6.00 pm). Transaction numbers are[protected] &[protected] at around 1.15 pm on 23.03.2018. I have enclosed my mini statement of icici bank account for your reference. Please review and reverse rs.3000/= to my icici bank account at the earliest.
