[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — unsuccessful recharge of sun direct dth

I recharged rs:199 into my sun direct (Dth) through your website on 14/3/19 by google pay system (Idbi bank).

But my sun direct not recharged successfully. Pls recharge my sun direct dish or pls refund my cash.
I believe you, take a corrective action.

I have done recharge for 210/- (malayalam DPO 1 pack) for SUN DIRECT through its website. The payment was done from GOOGLE pay through the sun direct website on 11/04/2019.
I have contacted google pay and they have confirmed the payment done. But the recharge pack is not activated. I request to refund back the money as soon as possible.
