I purchased product intex cloud c1 (Black) online through amazon, got delivered on 17th october 2017 and it did not worked. I tried launching return claim but it is not getting registered through. As per guidlines, i opened the box and follwed the instruction. When put for charging, even after initial charging for 12 hours, when tried starting phone, it did not start. i purchased voltas 1.4 ton ac and ac stand and v-gard stabiliser through the amazon my order date is 17th october 2017 and order number is[protected]. And i reacived .
As per the offer i suppose to get 10% cash back. I paid through the sbi card only.
Till now i didn't get any cash back aor any information.
Please give me details.
When will i get.

A lenovo powebank was purchased thru Amazon supplied by you. The unit has not been working for quite sometime. There was no phone number in your invoice. Also Amazon was unable to help me. Please advise as to how I can get replacement for this item which is still on warranty
