Clovia.com — I have paid for my order but clovia is not showing my order placed

I have placed an order in clovia on 15th August and paid online through phone pe. But in clovia app it is showing that my order isn’t placed, but my money got debited Rs.817. Kindly solve this problem as soon as possible.
