Clovia.com — Money deducted and order not placed

I have placed an order in clovia app for INR 814. I paid through phonepe app, the amount has been deducted from the account but haven't received order confirmation msg or mail from clovia. Unable to find the order details in my order section.If order is not placed, please refund my amount.

It's a hard earned money, please help to resolve the issue asap as i can see there are lots of customers who have faced similar issues in the last month.

I don't know why it is saying resolved at the top but this issue still exists.
