Clovia.com — Paid for the order through PayTM but no confirmation | |
I placed an order today and paid Rs. 2476 through my PayTM wallet. However, shortly after that, I was barred from signing into my account by the website. I didn't receive any confirmation e-mail from you. I used another device to login and found that the order I placed isn't showing up in my order history. The items I paid for, were still added in my cart. I placed another order and chose COD this time, just to check if it creates the same issue. However, this time, I received the confirmation mail, whatsapp message and the order reflected in my history as well. I cancelled the 2nd order since it was just meant to be checked. Please look into this matter because I have already paid a huge amount in advance and haven't received any confirmation yet. I chose to buy from your website, thinking of its brand value and big name, which is reliable in case of such online transactions.
