Clovia.com — Payment done but have not received any confirmation for order

I have placed a order on clovia through cashkaro.com, I ordered 4 items worth rs. 789. Amount has been deducted but ia haven't received any confirmation detail neither on mail nor on msg.
Also order details are not visible on app.
Kindly suggest what to do.
