Sir,

I s. Srihari worked as electronics supervisor in sri sarvaraya sugars limited, bottling unit, kesavaram pin code 533341, east godavari district of andhra pradesh. Sir i worked there from january 2010 to december 2010.

Sir, the company has to pay my bonus amount, but they are not paying my due amounts, in this regards i approached them several times but, they are saying their factory manager mr. Seshagiri rao is not approving my request.

Even though i designated in the company as electronics supervisor, they treated me as helpers to their operators, so with this disappointment i resigned my service in that company in a proper way, but they relieved me before notice period due date and deducted my one month salary as notice period short fall. And they said i would get my bonus amount in june 2011. Since then i approached them several times without success.

Sir, this is completely unfair because of one factory manager egoism i am facing such problem from past 8 years.

Sir, please accept my plea, please look into the issue and ask the concern to pay my dues i. E. My bonus amount plus my one month salary (Which they deducted on their own decision) with applicable interest for these 8 years.

The refrigerator order is palced since 4 months to coca cola company, however the concerned person is just giving fake excuses. They promised us to deliver the refrigerator in 2 days, after following up since 4 months, it's still 2 days. This is pure cheating and unexpected from such a brand!!
We are not able to reach the company all the helpline numbers provided over different sites are not working, kindly help.

With reverence this is to inform you that we are running a shop here in the district of sivasagar, assam keeping and selling a good quantity items of the coca cola company, world's largest beverage company but without any single sign board (Flex board or glow board), no expiry settlement of last year till this date and last but not the least no any visi cooler provided yet.
Now with utter exclamation, we would like to state that is there any policy of expiry for coca cola company in company's constitution (If it exists then why this area's territory officer didn't visit us a single day and settle it?), is there any policy of providing sign board to a shop from your esteem company (If yes then why no any representative from your end didn't visit us and take measurement for a flex or glow board yet?) and is there any policy of providing any visi cooler to a shop from your highly valued company!!
We are your end seller and we take initiative and hardships with customers for selling your world renowned items but why your infrastructure is so pitiable and poor! Strange!! Do coca cola only needs retailers to sell their products like a vegetable seller! We put our eyes on cola cola with such a respectable and highly valued company and giving such high value is so ridiculous to our personality and mindsets. Is this indian policy of coca cola in real with their lazy officers!
Lastly, but not the least, we would like to convey you that a shop near us, around 400 meters away, which is hardly 4 months old from inauguration has all the sign board and visi cooler!!! Isn't it really strange and eye opener for us to write to you this day with such an annoying and long unwanted essay of mail, sir/madam?
We are simple serious entrepreneurs of modern india. Business is business.

Since then many times i contacted to executives of company but they never showed any intrest to full and final settlement of my account. I have around 468836 rupees to get from company and around 1 lac outstanding which is pending. As being a common man it is very huge money. Kindly help me with the same. Many a times they call me to threat for there outstanding but they never say anything about money which i have to take.
