I prince kumar i had a shop name p. D store in makhinaya kuan patna bihar pin code is 800004. I had a refrigerator of coco cola, since last 15 yr now my refrigerator is not working means cooling not done properly time to time services is done by mechanic but the cooling issue is as it is, i tell my sales man mr. Durga prasad to kindly change the refrigerator but he is not listening he always telling me the refrigerator is not with us since 5 yr i demanding new refrigerator, so kindly replace my refrigerator so my shop run smooth, near my shop 2 new shop open and at the time of open he got new refrigerator, so kindly look into the matter, for this always thank full to you, your retailer.

I have submitted the complaint on 28/05/2018 of refrigerator of there company . That our refrigerator doesn't work properly. I call many times a mechanic in a day but they don't take the complaint seriously. Complaint no. 04350446. I call the company daily and there executives say that with in 24 hrs to 48 hrs your problem will solved. But they can't take it seriously . Please help me and solve my problem. I am very thankful to you.

Dear Team,

I am running a grocery shop in Nayapalli, Behera sahi, Bhubaneswar.

Since last 8 years we are serving COCO COLA products to our customers.

We asked for a fridge to the distributor But Nayapalli Distributor say ok, just wait 15 days I have dispatch the fridge .

But till today we have not receive the fridge.

Last 1 year The distributor call us every week for the order of drinks but

when we speak about the fridge delivery they just say we will receive the it ignoring the topic.

Customer are not satisfaction due to material shortage & Cooling problem.

Can I please know why should I ask so many times for a fridge ?

And if Coca-cola does not wish to give us one then please tell us so we could buy one on our own.

But false promises from your the dealer is really not good and it feels very unprofessional.

Kindly provide the fridge & Please resolve the issue ASAP.

Today i am buying the 250ml coca-cola from the near by store and i look the manufacturing date is ds 08.04.2018 then i brought this but after removing the bottle contains slip then i see the new date is 2017-04. One year old date and bottle contains slip also mentioned this is two months.
So i will raise the complaint because this is totally shamful

Hi this venkateswara rao i got fake offer letter from coca cola company and the Hr is Miss Archana Sharma and the number is([protected], [protected]) amd she was inteterviwed me and asking document verfication charge 3000 Rs/- on 05-05-18 in same day they send me offer letter for coca cola supervisor job in hyderabad location there is no adress, i was doubted and called her she asking again 5000Rs/ for joining letter and dress code, Courier charge, Salary account opening charge. she said after paying of 5000Rs/- 3 days after the courier will in home with dress code. there us no courier till now and called above those 2 mobile numbers they are did't giving reply and company mail id's are(hr.cocacolacompany.[protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com). So. please find the recriuter and solve my problem.

I had brought a 2.5lt Sprite under Coca-Cola brand at Patel nagar, PATNA, Bihar, which when opened at house turned out to be a duplicate product under sprite brand dated 22/4/18. After contacting customer care there has been no satisfactory action taken agnst it and I have been warned by call from managers at different levels to face consequences if complained. I want to drag coca cola to the court and pay for the mental harassment and also require to ask a compensation for INR 50, 00, 000 against serious fraud that is been circulatuing in the area nearby.

I had called 6-7 times for my complaint but issue is not even listened to.There are several calls regarding address verification of the shop and my home to which I feel is a threat as there is mafia behind this duplicacy racket.
I request court to take serious measure against this fraud and get the collar grabbed of these hooligans.
For proof I have kept the bottle which I had brought for all legal purpose and thereby attaching it too.
Please help me.

I bought 8 bottle of thums up charged 300ml plastic bottle.
But each and every bottle when i squash the bottle, the bottle seem to be as there is no pressure in it
There is problem in the bottle. The drinks inside the bottle is harmful to us
I complaint so many time in consumer care and mail many time to coca cola company but they are not responding to me.
