I had emailed for reimbursement 20 days ago and nothing has been refunded.

At the time of offering the policy mr. Devesh has quoted that the reimbursement would be done within 7-10 days and when we have actually taken the policy and ask for reimbursement there is a big zero in return.

I called customer support n number of times, but all they say is the verification under process and it will take 15-20 days which already passed but there is no communication or reimbursement.

Some of my emails had been replied after 8-9 days.

We haven't availed any services nor your interest fee scheme.

We have paid through our credit card and mr. Devesh has quoted that interest on emi will be refunded to my account within a week. Till now i haven't received any thing.

I got a call from one of the sales representative of cognate who wanted to sell few of his highly boasted plans.
Plans were good but since the company was new and was not renowned i decided to with just the individual plan by paying 4000/- through paytm.

Services they offered to claim was:
Health check up:
Free testing for 71 routine tests. (Per head)
Dentists:
Free dental cleaning and scaling. (1 packages)
100% concession on examination/consultation charges
50% concessions on dental offerings for cleaning and dental x-rays
25% off on other dental treatments, like - root canal, filling, cosmetic and many other...

After 2 months 1 decided to take the free health checkup.. Contacted them through mails/phone but it took me around 2 weeks to contact them.
We contacted they didn't help me and only said that services are currently unavailable.

I then contacted them again after 2-3 weeks, again the same issue.

This is the story since last 1 months. Just imagine that they are not able to provide simple health checkup in delhi region and they claim of offering big services and concession on checkup and all.

The contact number they provided on their car was wrong.
They don't reply on mails.
They don't have tie up with any pathology, just fraud claims.

Friends, don't even think of taking their services at all. These guys are just making fool of people.
They have many other complains as well.

Cognate health services doesn’t deserve even 1 star.

This is worst ever experience i have faced with the cognate health services.

I bought a plan in august 2017 through emi option as they have been told me to reimburse all the charges incurred on the emi feature. There is no reimbursement made yet and they are not bothered to provide after sale services to their customers. They just deny their customers by making new excuses and delaying the reimbursements. Also, i have submitted lots of medical bills and cannot see any hope of reimbursement.

I came to know that they had a target to reimburse all the bills by 31st december 2017 however they failed to achieve them as well.

“moreover, they have started blackmailing their customers to update a positive review about their company to get the reimbursements done”.

I would request everyone not to purchase any policy from them as they will convince you to reimburse the bills within 15 days but nobody is sure how much time they will take as for sure they are not going to reimburse any payments in 15 days and everyday with ample of excuses.

Please think and research before buying the policy from cognate health services.

This is regarding one fraud company namely “cognate health organisation”. This company is dealing with affordable health care products. They are making so many promises and lure people with so many things and genuine people are regularly felling in their trap. It is like a chit fund company, if they will not be stopped now then they will be cheated innocent people.

I am one of the victims of this fraud company, they have taken rs 15000/- for 3 year plan from me. From last few days i found suspicious behavior from this cognate team and after thorough review i found a lot people are victims of these fraud people,

I sent around bills of 35000 rs but there is no getting any reimbursement amount.

Strict action should be taken otherwise they will loot innocent people.

I bought the policy for 3 years for 6 family members for rs. 24000/-. Then i submit bill for reimburse.. But initially they said it will take some time... A week time.. After that no reply. Then i try to call their number... But all the number are out of service.
This is totally fraud company.
Please suggest how can i register the police complaint?

Even number of times i had wrote email to md, customer care but no revert from their side. I had submitted bills on 7/1/18 they had given me time of reimbursement of 7 days and today is 5/2/18 still not received my reimburse

A total of more than 64 thousand medical bills are still pending for reimbursement for me starting from Aug 2017.

I took 3 years membership and paid Rs. 10, 000 for the same.

Most of the times no one answers the customer care number, and the only response you get is automatic response to your emails.

I was informed that before visiting doctor we need to take appointment through them. Later they advised that I can drop them an email before visiting a doctor to inform them, and visit the doctor. Exception to this would be emergency situations where obviously I would rush to hospital/doctor.

After numerous and regular follow ups, they bother respond to you once in a blue moon over emails. Earlier they kept informing that the bills are under process and due to technical issue at their backend, there are delays in processing reimbursement, and bills would be reimbursed very soon. After months of follow up and wrong commitments, today they came back and said that you had to call them before every visit to schedule the appointment. This is their response when they have acknowledged some of the email requests informing them about doctor visit as advised by them.

The company is a fraud, with no after sales service. They are a waste of money and your time.

This is for your kind information that there is no satisfectory reply from orgenasation after getting enrolement only I m getting the auto mail reply that thanks for your interest nothing else i think this company is totally fraud base and cheating the customers nothing else as I have submitted the bill copy from last month there is no reply on it even executive also not picking the phone .

I sent bill on 29th dec2017 but still i am not getting any feedback and money from company.
I called many time to customer care they reply companey will call after one hr but they dont call back me.

This was my 1st bill.

They promised us that there are some hospital where i will get direct discount in opd, ipd like i yashoda hospital ghaziabad but when i went there hospital administratore told me they dont know about it.

I would like to complain about the unprofessional behaviour of cognate health organisation, vipin garden, main nazafgarh road, new delhi-110059. They promised huge and as usual, services are pathetic. They promised to reimburse the discounted amount spent on doctor's visit and diagnostic tests within 10 days. After calling so many times, they say we have server issues or the back office is not present and so many excuses and they have not reimbursed my money as promised. While selling the plan they were forced to buy a family plan and were offering discounts so that one could be fooled as much...

I bought this plan from sales team from a call. Intially they told me everything will be reimbursed as per the rule. They told me that by showing the card they will sent, you will get on the spot discount and if the card will not work bill will be reimbursed. I bought plan of 4 member for 3 years of rupees 12000 on 6 nov 2017.
My mother was already in hospital for her breast cancer surgery. I tried to get discount in hospital and many medical stores but no one recognize this compay.
In their mail it was mentioned that i can cancel plan withing 45 days and full amount will be refunded. I mailed to cancel the plan and then as per the process they suggested i have sent the received kit. But now no one is responding on mail and ceo of the company has blocked my number and email.
Please help on the same.

This company is a fraud company please dont take any policy or any plan. They will lure with so many fake promises then they will send id cards of family members and some free body checkup coupons but when you ask them them to reimburse certain% of your medical bills (As they promised) they will never do it. They will give excuse of backend problem, employee on leave then they will not entertain your phone and emails.

Please do not fall in their trap and share this with all your friends and relatives.

Very nice product it gives me full benifits. It is very helpful product for my family as well as for my friends also. Its network also so efficient and nearby location to me.

All the hospitals also branded and facilities also so clear.

Health check up at home service is nice.

I have purchased a health service plan from cognate health services, at the time of services they have committed in written that they will reimburse a certain percentage of my hospital bills. But they are not reimbursing me the amount even after plenty of efforts and requests, they are just passing the things and giving excuses day-by-day. Its been more than 2 months i am begging them for my reimbursement.

I have purchase health plan as per information shared by sales staff mr pavan on 19 july 2017.

Received cards and document on 6th august 2017 which is not as per information shared with me.

1. Sales manager told me that i will receive 4 body checkup vouchers, 1 eye checkup voucher, 1 dental checkup voucher per person.
I have purchase health plan for 4 members but received only 4 bodu checkup, 1 eye checkup and 1 dental checkup vouchers.

2, sales manager told me that i can use these vouchers anywhere but when i called customer care on 08 august, she told me that i can only use these vouchers at company outlets. (Need to call customer care and then book).

3, i received all vouchers which expiry date is oct 2017. But sales manager told me that these vouchers are valid for 1 year.

4, behavior of support team is very poor. They speak with customer rudely.

I am not happy with this product and written to comapy for closing this health plan.

They are denying to close.

after discussion they have sent me PayTM link to pay the amount to get enroll with plan, I have took 5 member plan for my Brother (Bajrangi Sharma). As per promissed they suppose to reimburse the medical bill amount after 24 hr of enrollment. I have enrolled on 26th June 2017, but when i send bill to them they did not response even they are not talking appropriate. They suppose to send me policy document to at my home in week. but till now i did not get any thing from them . When i spoke over the phone for refund my amount they are denying to pay. also they told me you can take anyone help .. we are not refund your money..

I have paid them 7500/ using PayTM chanel .. even PAYTM is not helping me to get refund from their Merchant. seems like these people are cheating many people and no one helping..
