Cognate Health Services — product is not as per information provided by sales | |||||
I have purchase health plan as per information shared by sales staff mr pavan on 19 july 2017. Received cards and document on 6th august 2017 which is not as per information shared with me. 1. Sales manager told me that i will receive 4 body checkup vouchers, 1 eye checkup voucher, 1 dental checkup voucher per person. I have purchase health plan for 4 members but received only 4 bodu checkup, 1 eye checkup and 1 dental checkup vouchers. 2, sales manager told me that i can use these vouchers anywhere but when i called customer care on 08 august, she told me that i can only use these vouchers at company outlets. (Need to call customer care and then book). 3, i received all vouchers which expiry date is oct 2017. But sales manager told me that these vouchers are valid for 1 year. 4, behavior of support team is very poor. They speak with customer rudely. I am not happy with this product and written to comapy for closing this health plan. They are denying to close. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have taken this policy from sales team.intially they told me everything will be reimbursed as per the rule. I have submitted the claim of 44000 bills but received only 1800 after many calls, Again I have submitted some claims on 12 aug and taking follow up for my claim no clear reply at all, no response of mail, intially they told me hospital is not in panel you can send me the bills directly, Now they are saying you should ask for appointment then visit, toll free no is working .I have spent more than 200 RS on phone calls for reimbursement.very poor service .apps for cognate health care is very poor .Taking follow up for health check up not no response at all.

This is regarding one fraud company namely “Cognate health organisation”. This company is dealing with affordable health care products. They are making so many promises and lure people with so many things and genuine people are regularly felling in their trap. It is like a chit fund company, if they will not be stopped now then they will be cheated innocent people.
I am one of the victims of this fraud company, they have taken Rs 9000/- from me. From last few days I found suspicious behaviour from this cognate team and after thorough review I found a lot people are victims of these fraud people.
I have attached herewith 6 no of consumer complaints. All are self-explanatory.
And company and director profile and photos.
Strict action should be taken otherwise they will loot innocent people.
I am hereby begging a strong action so innocent people will not be cheated by these fraud stars.

They will refund my 9000 ( 100%) to me . They have sent a mail to me.
Its regarding fraud company COGNATE HEALTH ORGANISATION
Hi am Swati Saxena a 5 month pregnant women, on 30th Jan i made payment of 5000 towards couple plan and they were forcing me to buy for 3 years which i didn't buy.
They told me within 7 days you will receive kit whch i didn't get by 15th feb 2018, constantly i was doing the follow-ups. They mentioned wrong address, as a result Dharmender(owner of the organisation) most fraudster person sent wats up pics of the health card, immediately i sent the scan copy of my bills.
On the proposal mail they mentioned within 7 days i will get the reimbursement, on 28th feb 2018 i called them then Manish told me verification takes good amount of time, i told him you have mentioned 7 days he said thats a sales practice in actual it takes good amount of time.Further he added i'll get the reimbursement by first week of March 2018.
Post Holi i again called up and asked the status Shagun an ill manered girl told me that accountant has gone on holi leaves once he come back will process my claim. Again i called after 1 week i got this news that someone has died in his family so when he resumes will get the reimbursement.
After that i again called up then they were busy in march closing again carry forwarded to April and on 14th April i lost my patience and abused them.
And moreover they have refused to cancel the policy with threat.
Now they have sent an-email saying they will take legal action against me as misbehaving and abusing the staff.
At the end i will request everyone not to take any policy with them, they are fraudsters.

You can lodge FIR against these fraudsters.
420 clause applicable for these guys.
This is purely a fraud company.
